Pennsylvania Licensed Massage Therapist
To be licensed through the state of Pennsylvania, I have had to pass the qualifications stated by law which include: a minimum of 600 hours of supervised instruction (I have over 1000) from a formal massage therapy school, Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, now Cortiva Institute in King of Prussia, PA. The massage therapy board of Pennsylvania also requires extensive background/criminal check, proof of liability insurance, and CPR certification. This provides my clients with the peace of mind that I am competent in my work and properly insured.
